Q: 提供全球運送嗎? Is it worldwide shipping?
A: AMBOI暫未能提供全球運送服務,現在提供香港,澳門,台灣的運送服務;而新加坡,馬來西亞,泰國可到當地的Zalora或Shopee選購部分品牌。
AMBOI is temporarily unable to provide global shipping services, and now provides Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; while Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand can go to local Zalora or Shopee to purchase some brands.
*Some beauty products cannot be shipped overseas.
Q: 已電郵/Whatsapp匯款單,請問商品寄出了嗎?The remittance form has been filled in, have the goods been shipped?
A: 發送匯款單後,可由 [ 帳戶] 頁面登入帳號及密碼,查詢商品到貨進度。
After sent the deposit slip, you can log in to your account and password from the [Account] page to check the progress of the goods arrival.
Q: 我已完成匯款,請問有收到嗎?I have completed the remittance, have you received it?
A: 您可登入 [ 帳戶 ] 頁面,如已顯示( 已付款 ) 表示已經收到您的款項, 如款項有誤,將以電話或電郵的方式與您聯繫。
You can log in to the [Account] page. If it is displayed (paid), it means that you have received your payment. If the payment is wrong, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Q: 官網不是都現貨嗎?為何我的商品還要追加?要等多久?Aren't all the official websites in stock? Why should my items be replenishment? How long do we have to wait?
A: 官網現在大多是現貨為主,但仍有部分商品是為預購品或或補貨中的產品。
一般追加商品需等待7-14工作天不含假日,貨到皆會以填單順序安排配貨。
At present, most of the items in official website are in stock, but there are still some goods that are pre-purchased or in replenishment.
Generally, replenishment need to wait for 7-14 working days, excluding holidays, and the goods will be arranged in the order of filling out the order.
Q: 我的訂單怎麼被作廢了?Why was my order cancelled?
A: 因您的訂單未於七日內結帳完成,故系統於七日後自動作廢訂單。
Because your order was not completed within 7 days, the system will automatically void the order after 7 days.
Q: 為什麼我的帳號不能使用、無法購買?Why can't my account be used or purchased?
A: 因個人因素導致退貨或未領次數過多,皆列入黑名單,請您購買前務必確認,避免影響您於網路購物權益。
Too many returns or missed items due to personal factors are all included in the blacklist. Please confirm before purchasing to avoid affecting your online shopping rights.
Q: 我昨天才購買商品結果今天就降價了?I bought the product yesterday and the price dropped today?
A: 為配合不定期促銷活動和主題促銷,部份產品在各階段將以不同價格出售,屬價格正常調動,不提供補差價服務;
活動頁面上我們對價格、折扣和促銷活動均有明確說明,且活動結束後將不享受活動價格,還請您諒解。
